Another timeless scene from a morning in Regents Park. Thank you Daisy for making me see so much.
(smiley) Miley
Had the pleasure of photographing this lovely dog Miley in Connecticut last week. It was a drizzly morning but it didn't stop any of us from smiling!
Ike the puppy
Had a great time with puppy Ike this morning. I think this was the only moment he stopped moving!
My pictures are up!
Very happy to report that a small selection of my photos are on display at Soho Printstore at 45-47 Broadwick Street, London W1F 9QP. Drop by and have a peek if you're in the neighbourhood--but be aware they're not open at weekends.
Meet Mylo
This boy was SO lovely and patient--and beautiful. I hope he got an extra treat after being such a good model today!
Cleo-patra
Couldn't resist blogging this one too. I think her name MUST be spelled with an "e" after seeing this photo.
Clio
So happy to be back with the dogs! Some foliage would be nice, but bare trees will have to do for now. Lovely dog, lovely owner.
Tree lined path
I made it home before the hail but not the rain.
Visitor
I had some company in my favourite spot today.
Throwback
As much as I am loving the dark and gentle solitude of winter, Regents Park is starting to look a bit bare, even by my standards. This picture is from the end of last June, when the park was at it's most joyous and wild--nettles and all. It's coming.
Winter scene
Regents Park was cold, quiet and still this afternoon. Winter is taking hold. So many romantic scenes.
Among the Birches
I can't resist the lure of these gorgeous trees, like beacons in the dim winter light. This area of Regents Park feels like a fairytale setting.
All is quiet on New Years Day
So tranquil in the park this morning. Met up with the lovely Akita Milo and enjoyed a stroll and chat together with his very kind owner. Might need to add him to my dog gallery. Such a gentle, meditative start to 2015. Hmmmm.
In the bleak mid-winter
I actually love this time of year. The park has a raw beauty and the light is gorgeous.
Tree Love
Very quiet in Regents Park these days. Without the dogs and the children to photograph I've fallen in love with the peaceful winter trees. Expect to see more.
Winter Solstice
At the long bridge in Regents Park
Bullrushes, Regents Park
Another beautiful December walk in my favourite place.
Bare trees
Once again, I found myself in the park without Daisy so took the opportunity to wander through the Inner Circle, where no dogs are allowed. Lovely milky winter light. Love the Japanese garden.
Regents Park
No matter what season Regents Park never fails to offer such amazing beauty.
